Let me take care of the service for an evening at your residence for a night of delicious entertainment, and bring the evening out of the ordinary! I have been cooking professionally for over a decade within fine dining restaurants, hotels and much more. Mediterranean bistronomy influences my style with North American culture and local ingredients. I tailor most menus personally to make the event truly yours.

Living in Whistler for over eight years, I had the opportunity to work in first-class food establishments in all positions. I also acquired extensive knowledge of wines, cocktails, and spirits worldwide This became a primary focus and I travelled worldwide to visit producers around the globe. I employ these skills to pair dinners in various styles, from famous international producers to boutique BC wines or cocktails. Since 2021, I have acquired my chef Red Seal and WSET 3 certification.

Koji Chiba entered the world of hospitality and the food and beverage industry at a 5 star hotel in Tokyo, Japan in 2003. While there he had the pleasure of serving the Emperor of Japan, the King of Sweden, Prime Ministers and other world leaders, including the G8 summit.

Ever since then, his pleasure and his passion has been preparing the finest foods for his guests.
