WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HOME We have a deliberate plan to take excellent care of your home. We take the long view and pass on any booking that may cause problems. Screening, minimum renter age of 30 years old, minimum night stays, physical check in at our village office, no parties, and pre-authorized security deposits serve to deter problems before they begin. Bookings include a pre-arrival and post departure inspection. The end result is desirable guests who treat your home with respect.
We employ our own housekeeping team and do not use third party housekeeping contractors. Our housekeepers know our properties inside out and are trained to be observant for damage. Bi-annual home inspections are scheduled for necessary and preventative maintenance. We visit your home weekly and provide a detailed home inspection report. We are on call 24/7/365 to manage anything that may arise.
