This is a family-friendly, luxury accommodation requiring respectful behavior. All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction.

Location
This vacation home is on the 2nd floor of Le Chamois on Blackcomb Way. It is at the base of Blackcomb in the Upper Village. It is a 5-minute level walk to Whistler Village.
Ski Access
The Blackcomb Gondola is 30 steps from the back door of Le Chamois. To the right of the gondola is the Magic Chair, a favourite for beginners. To access Whistler Mountain, walk 5 minutes to Whistler Village or take the Peak to Peak Gondola from the top.

1 free parking space in Le Chamois underground parking, 6'10 height clearance. Additional pay parking available.

Great place to stay, exactly as described, easy to find with great instructions sent on how to locate the property and parking, beautifully clean and great location right next to the gondola to ski in/ski out. Will definitely be back to stay again, thank you!

The location of this unit is great. You’re 100 steps away from the ski lift. Ski amenities in the building were great and the unit was as advertised. Very responsive team

Great place! Exactly like the pictures. The shower in the main bathroom was amazing also! Would 100% stay here again.
Booking policy
- 50% deposit plus taxes and fees for bookings made more than 60 days in advance of arrival date.
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Receive a 100% refund including taxes and fees for cancellations within 48 hours of booking.
- If you cancel after 48 hours, and more than 60 days before the arrival date, choose either:
- Option A, Credit: 100% of the deposit as a credit valid at any Whistler Wired property for two years from your confirmed dates.
- Option B, Refund: 50% refund of the deposit including taxes and fees. Note: the 4% booking fee is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and bank transfer. We encourage renters to consider vacation insurance from a third-party insurer. If booked on Airbnb, VRBO or booking.com, a different policy applies.
